Psychotherapy

Andrea M, LCSW

Andrea is a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience in the field. She is available to support CCS participants or individuals wishing to pay privately who are seeking assistance with life's challenges.

Andrea specializes in solution-focused therapy and has a passion for working with individuals who are invested in improving emotion regulation, communication skills, or who have struggled with maladaptive responses to anger.

As a practitioner of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Andrea embraces a proactive and goal-oriented approach to therapy. She focuses on helping clients identify their strengths, resources, and solutions to address their challenges effectively. Andrea's therapeutic style is characterized by its emphasis on the present and future, rather than dwelling extensively on past issues.

In sessions, Andrea collaborates closely with clients to set specific and achievable goals that guide the therapeutic process, emphasizing the client's strengths and potential for growth. Andrea creates a supportive and optimistic therapeutic environment where clients feel empowered to take control of their lives and work towards their desired outcomes efficiently. Her solution-focused approach enables clients to develop practical strategies for managing their problems and enhancing their overall well-being in a focused manner.

Alaina P, LPC-IT

Alaina is a licensed counselor dedicated to supporting both individuals and couples on their unique journeys through a collaborative, person-centered approach. She provides a welcoming, inclusive space where clients can feel safe, understood, and empowered to work toward meaningful change at their own pace. Her empathetic approach helps foster trust and deeper self-understanding, allowing clients to explore their experiences, build coping strategies, and create lasting growth.

Alaina has experience supporting a wide range of concerns and especially enjoys working with LGBTQ+ individuals, life transitions, identity development, and non-traditional lifestyles.

Alaina also recognizes that traditional therapy formats are not the right fit for everyone and values flexibility in how sessions are structured. For clients who prefer or feel more comfortable with a less traditional format, she offers options such as walking sessions, puzzles, or crafts while talking to create a more natural and approachable therapeutic experience.

In addition to psychotherapy, she offers psychoeducation, skill development, and career exploration services.
